Acceptable Movie File Formats

Multimedia files are accepted in a variety of formats (as listed below), but note that AVI (.avi) and QuickTime (.mov) formats are preferred:

.avi (AVI Format)

.mov (QuickTime Format)

.mpg or .mpeg (MPEG Format)

.rm or .ram (RealVideo)

.swf (Shockwave [Flash] Format)
