INTRODUCTION
Perform this protocol after determining the imidazole concentration that yields the best purification of the recombinant protein of interest (see Optimization of Imidazole Concentrations for Immobilized Metal-Ion Affinity Chromatography).

IMAC buffer P containing 20 mM
