INTRODUCTION
This protocol describes a method for freezing ES cells in 96-well plates after ES colonies have been isolated by picking.
MATERIALS
Reagents
ES cells, in 96-well dish containing ES cells confluent in most of the wells (see Isolating Individual Embryonic Stem (ES) Cell Colonies by Picking)
ES cell culture medium with 15% fetal bovine
