Preparing the Aggregation Plate

INTRODUCTION

This protocol describes the preparation of aggregation plates, which will then be used for the production of aggregation chimeras.


MATERIALS

Reagents

Ethanol, 70%

recipe KSOM-AA medium or other embryo culture medium

Mineral oil, embryo-tested light (e.g., Sigma)

Equipment

Aggregation needle (DN-09, BLS, Hungary)

Dissecting microscope
