Immunohistochemistry on Cryosections from Embryonic and Adult Zebrafish Eyes

INTRODUCTION

This protocol describes methods for the fixation, cryosectioning, and immunohistochemical detection of proteins in embryonic and adult zebrafish eyes. The methods described can easily be adapted for use on other zebrafish tissues.
