Genotyping by Dideoxy Resequencing

INTRODUCTION

This protocol describes dideoxy resequencing of PCR fragments, which is a quick and flexible genotyping technique. This strategy is used to identify and confirm the presence of heterozygous single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) within a genomic region of interest.
